館內設施很適合小小孩，空間夠大，雖然不是新建築，但浴室非常乾淨，這對我們來是很重要，因為這樣才能放心泡澡👍

隔天早上接近退房時間突然有很重的煙味，打開房門走廊超重，還好已經睡醒，有跟櫃台反應，不知後來怎麼處理。另外換裝區的帽子都發霉了，可能太久沒清洗，建議也許外面貼一張清洗時間表格，方便負責人員檢視。

"Very clean and quite comfy being quite an old establishment, which has its own charm."

Very clean for what looks like quite an old, but charming establishment. Quite comfortable, too.

It's not listed as a Shangri-La Hotel on Google Maps, making it difficult to find. Also breakfast was average at best.

沒免治馬桶，原以為是在本館，抵達後才知是在二館。連衛生紙沒有了，都要去本館櫃台索取

冷氣聲音太大，溫度無法調整，浴室水龍頭漏水，前往的路上一直到飯店都沒有照明設備，房間電燈太暗了
