"Great value and good vibes"

The rooms were good and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were cleaned and staff was nice and accommodating. I liked that they provided shuttles to the accommodation and also to and from Tsugaike if you wanted to ski there as well. The staff was nice and friendly and we had a great experience. Great value for the price

It is a bit far from everything past south of Tsugaike, if you wish to ski those resorts. Also the bar downstairs is a bit loud until they close about 10. Not a problem with earplugs but if you want to go to bed earlier it is not quiet

Pleasantly surprised! They had a restaurant with great food. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The coffee was some of the best I’ve had.

There wasn’t a lot around the area aside from the ski resorts. We had a rental to drive so it was okay, but if you’re relying solely on the shuttle, don’t expect to do much outside of the hotel.

Amazing service and rooms definitely an upgrade from the other hostels/hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Additionally, all the amenities were clean and well supplied. They have an amazing restaurant and bar and best of all are the loving staff who really made sure this stay was the best we had. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Hakuba or looking to go skiing and snowboarding.
