Everything in the apartment. My kids enjoyed the bathtub in the balcony the most.

The 2 bedroom apartment is huge, location is great, about 7mins walk to the busy Haeundae shopping street. The kitchen has a water dispenser, which is really useful. There is a big bakery opposite the hotel, a few mins walk away and opens at 8am, highly recommended.

The dustbins are all in the utility room, which is not practical. I suggest placing a bin in the kitchen. Since this is near the beach, I suggest they have simple drying racks on the balcony so that guests will not have to hang wet clothes using their creativity. As the apartment is not cheap, perhaps they can add other things like umbrella, beach bag/mat for guests to use. I was a bit disappointed that we paid a premium for ocean facing views but we can only see it from the balcony.

Hard to locate entrance to premises. Poorly signed. Office unattended to check in and confusing.

Check in should be more streamlined.

Abbiamo prenotato per 2 notti a busan in questo hotel, avevo scelto vista spiaggia come nelle foto, e invece ci hanno messo al decimo piano dove il mare lo si intravedeva a mala pena tra due grattacieli, molto delusa. Ho prenotato per 3 persone e gli asciugamani forniti erano solo 2, quando l ho fatto presente, sono stata ignorata. Bicchieri e caffè non riforniti per la mattina seguente, stanze non rifatte e asciugamani sempre 2 bagnati del giorno prima.
