We recently had the opportunity to stay at a booked apartment, and while there were certainly positive aspects, a few drawbacks dampened the overall experience. On the positive side, the apartment was impressively clean, boasting a modern and comfortable atmosphere. It featured all the amenities one could desire, making it a home away from home—except for the absence of a dishtowel, a minor inconvenience that stood out in an otherwise well-equipped space. The proximity to the city center was a definite plus, making it convenient for exploration and local activities. The owners of the apartment added a welcoming touch to our stay, demonstrating friendliness and a genuine desire to ensure our comfort. Their hospitality contributed positively to the overall impression of the accommodation.

However, the experience was not without its drawbacks. The check-in process was slower than expected, causing a minor inconvenience upon arrival. Additionally, it was disappointing to discover that the sauna came with an extra cost, information that was not transparently provided during the booking process.
