The place was clean and kitchen were good equipped. We really enjoyed staying there. The owner was nice.

I stayed at this accommodation three times, and while the room and facilities were fine, the host's behavior was completely unacceptable during my last visit. I planned to stay for a month but had to leave early due to a family emergency. I had paid the full amount upfront, and we agreed that I would get a partial refund of 30,000 Sri Lankan rupees for the unused three weeks, while the host would keep 25,000 rupees. Despite this reasonable agreement, the host broke her promise. I even offered to help find someone to take my place, but when my friend inquired about the room, she was told it had already been booked. The host not only kept my money but also rebooked the room to someone else. When I followed up about the refund, she blocked my number and my friend's number, leaving me without the money she had promised. This behavior is both unprofessional and unethical, especially considering I had been a returning guest. I cannot recommend this place unless you are prepared to risk dealing with similar dishonest practices.

Quick Communication, and right mix of support when needed as well as privacy. The family was very nice and helpful. We got the correct information when we wanted and there was privacy too.

After travel for a while, it's very nice to find a place just like home with everything I need. The shared space including living room, balcony and kitchen with basic cooking appliance, stove, refrigerator even washing machine free to use. The host Nadee is generous and very attentive. The location is great with access to everything supermarket, restaurants, less than 10 mins walking distance to reach the beach. Definitely good value!

The room without air-conditioning could be a little bit warm during the night.

Clean room, big bed, mosquito net. It's quiet, even though the building is not far from the center and the road. There is a kitchen and a comfortable common area Lovely owners.
