Excelent location with easy to follow rules. Details all over the place, made the place an outstanding one.

Even with some works in the street, was easy to park around the neighborhood.

"Just what I needed while my biking crew was gathering to bike around Pittsburgh"

The property was clean and quiet. I was looking for a place near the GAP bike path, and apartment was excellent for my needs.

It was all good including my conversations with the neighbors. Not many restaurant options nearby, but there were plenty on Braddock across the river.
