The television reception on some channels was not good, especially basic TV1, TV2, TV3. The aerial may need to be put up on the roof of the house instead of where it is on top of the fence.

The house was spacious, clean, quiet, it was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Herman and Lucy must have given a lot of thought into what might be needed and provided everything. I had a couple of conversations with Herman, he was really nice helpful and pleasant.

Nothing I didn't like. One thing, I've always stayed on motels and hotels before. If there are different protocols for holiday homes maybe that is something that booking.com could email with the receipt?

The location was very handy, near Hamilton. Good base to explore the Waikato region. The house was very comfortable, well appointed, well-stocked, good flow, has everything we needed. Shower has good pressure. We were able to figure out how to work the oven, thanks to the detailed instructions. Will certainly use this again when we are back in the area.

The weather was very hot and muggy when we stayed. The AC could not reach the bedrooms - not a biggie though.

Really spacious and new. Had everything we needed and more!
