Riad Nashira

We had such a lovely stay here. From the start, Mohamed was incredibly helpful, even arranging our airport transport for 20€—which is the fair market price, making the arrival totally seamless and convenient. The Riad itself is a pleasant surprise; it’s tucked away in the narrow winding streets of the Medina, but once you step inside, it’s absolutely beautiful with its central garden and peaceful terrace. The absolute highlight for us, though, was the breakfast. The ladies in the kitchen are so kind and talented, serving up delicious Baghrir, omelettes, fresh croissants, fruit, and coffee. It was all so delicious and the perfect way to start the day. Mohamed was also remarkably flexible with our early check-in and check-out requests. He even went out of his way to prepare breakfast picnics for us to take on our early morning excursions, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Thanks for everything—highly recommended!

Just a small heads-up for future travelers: since our room had just been cleaned and the weather had been a bit damp, the air was a little moist on our first night. Also, the ground-floor rooms face the common areas directly; we didn't have any issues with noise at all, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re looking for total privacy.

Don’t be fooled by how it looks on the outside when you first arrive, the riad is beautiful once you go through the main doors. The room we had was spacious and clean. The location is great, directly in the Medina with restaurants and shops at your doorstep but still very quiet once you’re inside the Riad. We were warmly welcomed by Mohamed who picked us up from the main road and led us directly there. A pity we stayed only one night as we headed off on our desert tour the next morning, to which we were sent off with a packed breakfast as we left really early.

La gentillesse du personnel. Mohamed nous a très bien accueilli. L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter Fez et la médina. La déco est simple mais jolie.

Nous avons été logés dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et elle était très humide. C'était vraiment inconfortable. L'odeur était très désagréable. Difficile de rester dans la chambre pour se reposer dans ces conditions.

Lovely breakfast and they gave us a packed breakfast when we had to leave earlier than the usual breakfast time. Host was very welcoming and gave us lots of information on the area. He also met us at our taxi drop-off to guide us to the Riad which was helpful as it is a little hidden away but close to the markets nonetheless! Room was comfy and stylish.

There is a bit of a gap between the floor and door so could here guests in the main foyer area and vice versa but everyone was very quiet so wasn't a big issue.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Pulizia, ordine e accoglienza curati nei minimi particolari. Il Riad è in uno dei vicoli attinenti alla via principale, ma rimane un luogo molto silenzioso. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo, in particolare Mohammed che è educatissimo e disponibilissimo, trattatelo bene! Se no vengo io e vi spezzo le gambe.

Es war schwer zu finden

Nuestra estancia en Riad Nashira ha sido sencillamente espectacular. Es un remanso de paz en medio del bullicio de la Medina, con una ubicación perfecta para explorar la ciudad a pie sin perderse. ​Lo que más nos gustó: ​Mohamed, un anfitrión de 10: Queremos destacar especialmente el trato de Mohamed. Es una persona excelente, súper cercana y atenta a cada detalle. Además, habla español perfectamente, lo que nos facilitó mucho la comunicación y nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. ​Desayuno increíble: Sin duda, uno de los mejores desayunos que hemos probado en Marruecos. Variado, abundante, con productos frescos y servido con mucho cariño. ¡Te da energía para todo el día! ​Terraza con vistas: El Riad tiene una terraza maravillosa. Las vistas de la Medina desde allí son impresionantes, ideales para relajarse al atardecer después de caminar por los zocos. ​Ubicación: Está muy bien situado dentro de la Medina, lo cual es clave en una ciudad como Fez. ​Conclusión: Si buscas un lugar con encanto, auténtico y donde te traten como a un amigo, el Riad Nashira es el sitio ideal. Gracias a Mohamed por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial. ¡Volveremos seguro!

La única cosa que tal vez que no me gustara era que había un poco de humedad en las habitaciones, pero es algo muy habitual dentro de la medina, es decir, en todas las riad es habitual este problema.
