Wunderschönes, authentisches Gebäude, mit allem was unser Herz begehrt (Heizlüfter neben dem Bett, Top Frühstück, etc.)

Todo super limpio y muy bien ubicado

Mooie en fijne riad midden in de medina van Fez. Goede service: regelen haal- en brengservice van en naar vliegveld, schone kamers, compleet ontbijt, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Im allgemeinen war alles super. Das Personal und das Zimmer. Es war sauber und hatte auch eine schöne Dachterrasse. Die Lage war super, es war ruhig man war aber sofort mitten in der Medina.

Leider war der Innenhof überdacht und somit hatten wir auch keine frische Luft in unserem Zimmer ( da.die Fenster auch nur zum Innenhof raus gingen)

El trato de Mohamed fue estupendo, nos gestionó el traslado del aeropuerto y se ocupó de buscarnos un sitio para cenar aunque llegamos bastante tarde. Y de las señoras del servicio de desayuno también

Riad muy cómodo, limpio y precioso. El baño genial, la cama durita y la temperatura perdecta. El personal super atento y amable, entienden y hablan español y te resuelven cualquier duda. Si volvemos nos alojamos aquí sin dudarlo.

The location is excellent! Just a short walk from the Blue Gate (Bab Bou Jeloud), which was perfect for us as our tour meeting points were all located there. Navigating the Medina for the first time can be tricky, but Mohamed was incredibly helpful and met us at the Blue Gate upon arrival to guide us to the Riad. We also really appreciated the staff’s flexibility; since we had early tours, they prepared "to-go" breakfasts for us, which was a very kind and thoughtful gesture. Upon arrival, our room was already warmed up with the AC and heater, making us feel very welcome. The room was cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable.

There were just a few minor things that could be improved. Because our room was on the ground floor, there was a slight smell from the bathroom drain; we kept the window open to help clear it out. Additionally, the showerhead was positioned very high and was difficult for one of us to reach. We also noticed quite a bit of dust on the bedside tables, which was a little unpleasant, and the Wi-Fi was quite weak on one side of the room, particularly around the bed. Despite these small points, the hospitality and location were fantastic, and we would stay here again!
