Clean, good location

The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Brooke and Carlos tried their best to be helpful, but it seems like they were out of town.

It was not cleaned properly. There was human hair stuck to something that had dried up in the bathroom cabinets. The entire bathroom was not cleaned properly. There was a stain that was left when I lifted the soap dispenser which showed me that the sink was not cleaned properly. The toilet was not cleaned properly either. We bought slippers to use while taking a shower. Stained wash clothes. We requested more towels, including a hand towel that was never provided, and they brought one towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth🙄. We also had to contact EVV about the dust buildup on the fan. They called themselves cleaning the place before we got there, but there was no proof of that,…and we arrived late!. They did fix the HVAC.. kudos to them. I did my best to clean to feel a little more comfortable. The cleaning lady did come to clean the fan that had a pile of dust that was over our bed.
