Nice ambiance except the bar concept. It's feeling quite discomfort while traveling with family.

We had an excellent 2-day stay at this hotel. The experience was truly wonderful, largely due to the exceptional staff who were not only friendly but also incredibly helpful. They made us feel completely at home, as if we were staying in our own house. The rooms and toilets were spotlessly clean, which we greatly appreciated. While the room size is on the smaller side, it was perfectly fine for our needs. One small point to mention is that hot water wasn't available in the bathroom, but this was only a minor inconvenience. The location is also excellent, with a pleasant surrounding area that adds to the charm of the stay. We will definitely choose to stay here again if we visit Nilambur in the future. Highly recommended!

The food from the hotel restaurant was good. The behavior of the staff was also good.

The arrangements in the room were not proper. There was a problem with the bathroom closet.

The Bar beside of a hotel is not good for the customers who comes with family or as a couple thats the only thing we didnt like about it
