ROThe bathroom was the main attraction, it was okay that you had the option to rent scooter from them.
The staff was not that helpful, they spoke English but not so well. The room was quite dark, not like in the pictures.

We do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!! All the reviews written here are untrue!!! There is a terrible smell in every room! We checked into one room, and it smelled awful of dampness. We asked to change rooms, but after checking several others, we found that every room smelled of dampness and mold!!! We stayed for one night, and in the morning, we woke up with a stuffy nose. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and creaky—it was impossible to sleep all night… We asked for a refund as we had paid for a two-week stay. The owner did not react in any way. We contacted Booking.com support, and they said we would get half of the amount refunded. However, two weeks have passed, and Booking.com now says that the owner is simply not responding!!! Terrible attitude toward guests—we strongly do not recommend this hotel!!!! Anything but this awful hotel with its terrible smell. 😬🤮🤢🤢🤢 We hope for the owner’s conscience and a refund of our money!!!!
SEThe cleaning lady threw away my brand new unopened contact lens boxes after they fell on the floor without me noticing. The hotel even showed me video footage of her entering and then the lenses were gone. They refused to reimburse me even though these lenses are impossible to get in Bali. To make matters worse when the manager contacted me she denied they were ever there despite staff already showing me the video and acknowledging what happened.
