The central location in the old city centre and close to the train station and buses is great, especially if you want to use public transport to move around. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings which partly compensates for the lack of views. The owners have been discrete and easily reachable, it was very nice that we had the flexibility to leave our luggage in the apartment the last day of our stay. Good bed mattresses, and a fully equipped kitchen.

No direct views, the elevator was not working when we visited- not a problem for us but if someone has mobility problems they need to check it out.

Despite the absence self check-in option owner agreeed to meet us at 12am and give the keys. On the second day we understood why that owner just forgot to turn on boiler before our arrival so we got hot water.

First problem was with aircon. Unfortunately, there are only 2 not working well fans for 3 rooms with high ceilings. Secondly, when we decided to take a shower, we saw that there is no hot water and hand shower was broken so the water flowed in different directions. I understand that with this temperature you rarely use hot water but when one ice cold water jet is pouring on your legs, one at you face and other into the hole in cabin doors, it causes a little discomfort. Also, be ready to find some random stuff of other people (for example a shopper with dirty clothes) P.S. after checkout owner wrote a message with accusations that we broke a hand shower (we just unscrew it haha), that we stole a ball (still don’t know what ball he was talking about, maybe he just forgot that he took it to his home, idk) and that we broke a mosquito net (just forgot to close it after viewing at the inside garden). Quote from that kindly message: “a greeting and not to see you again in our house”
