Beds reasonably comfortable

The property was advertised with air-conditioning and sea views which are the reasons that we booked it but there is neither. The extraction fan in the ensuite does not work, the carpets are stained and long overdue for a shampoo, the external surfaces of the BBQ are covered in rust, the iron and ironing board are unserviceable, and all the lounge room curtain rail clips require replacement as many are broken and the remaining are brittle. We don't expect the accommodation to be perfect but we consider it to be substandard and the booking.com description to be misleading. A substantial refund is expected to reflect the shortfalls described above.
