Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre waren sehr gut, Fernando war sehr gastfreundlich und war immer zur Stelle wenn wir Fragen hatten oder Hilfe bräuchten. Und der Wein war auch Spitze!

tengo un sueño ligero y por las noches se oía muchísimo el ladrido de los perros.

Hatalmas birtokon helyezkedik el a ház, varázslatos környezetben. Tisztaság volt. Hangulatos és tiszta volt a medence is. Elhelyezkedése miatt sajnos sok a bogár, de a szúnyogok ellen van szúnyogháló és konnektorba dugós riasztót is biztosítottak részünkre. Jól fel van szerelve.

Első napokban zavaró volt, mert úgy éreztük, mintha minden mozdulatunk figyelve lenne. Nem is indult zökkenőmentesen a kapcsolat. A házirend itt nincs feltüntetve teljes terjedelmében, miszerint este 19:00-ig lehet csak használni a medencét. Ez számomra valamiért felfoghatatlan, a karbantartására hivatkoztak, mikor kértük őket, hogy had használjuk picit tovább, mert mindennap este 7 körül értünk haza a városnézésből, 35-40 fok után jól esne csak egyet fürdeni, ha már ott a medence. Első este nem volt ideje Fernandonak megmutatni a medencét, mert sietnünk kellett, hogy be tudjunk még vásárolni, így este 10 fele lementünk megnézni, ekkor a teraszáról kiabált nekünk olaszul, hogy nem használhatjuk a medencét. Nem is használtuk csak leültünk mellé beszélgetni. Kicsit úgy éreztük magunkat, mintha egy gyerektáborban lennénk. A végére rendeződött a kapcsolat. Nem éreztük úgy magunkat, mintha nem szívesen látott vendégek lennénk. Isteni friss kerti paradicsomot is kaptunk Fernandotol. Ez egy szép gesztus volt A ház belül számomra kicsit barátságtalan. Az ágyak matracaival a társaság egyik részének volt problémája, mert túl puhának találták.

À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par Fernando, le propriétaire qui habite la partie supérieure de la maison. Notre logement se trouve sur la partie inférieure avec une entrée indépendante. Les jours de chaleur, le logement est une maison en pierre entourée d'arbres donc qui garde bien la fraîcheur 👍 la terrasse pour manger dehors est très bien, presque toujours à l'ombre, c'est appréciable. La piscine est extra ! Très propre, Fernando fait l'entretien tout les jours. Et l'emplacement est très bien pour visiter la région. Voiture obligatoire car en pleine campagne.

Seul point négatif : les moustiques.. Mais depuis cette année, Fernando à fait installer des moustiquaires sur chaque ouverture, c'est vraiment bien, on a pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes sans craindre les moustiques à l'intérieur. Une très bonne idée qui vous permet de dormir sereinement !

It is a great place to stay with a private pool and 2 bedrooms. Fernando, the owner is doing his very best to make you as comfortable as he can. He even brought us a bottle of wine ,eggs and a very old liquer when we left. You can always call him when you need something. At night it is so quite ,we loved it !

Be aware of the mosquitos,you are at the countryside in tuscany . Try to speak italian or use your google translate to communicate with Mr Fernando.

Absolutely charming place with a great, caring and hostile owner. The whole apartment was very spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. The outdoor area was also remarkable - clean and quiet, offering a fabulous time for relaxing. The pool (cleaned daily), sunshades and sun lounges were of the highest quality. Communication with the host and his daughter was also very good. Additionally the location is second to none - Colle di Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Volterra all within 5 to 30 min drive. We definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Nothing. We cannot find a bad thing to complain about. Being particularly picky we can say a few cobwebs and spiders high up near the celling, but due to the height of the apartment, these would be really hard to clean even for a young and fit person, not mentioning an elderly host.

Location of apartment is at really good position to many tourist locations. It is close to the city with all shops and restaurants with car. Apartment was very spacious.

In the same building is also living the owner, who do not speak english. Although the apartment is close to the city, but in walking distance you don't have any restaurant or shop.

Fernando was the most wonderful host. Even though he speaks only Italian and we don't, check-in was no problem at all. He even gave us a couple of bottles of amazing white wine. The pool is absolutely fantastic on hot days. The entire property is well maintained and the garden is huge and beautiful. Its a very peaceful place. The flat has everything one needs. We appreciated the washing machine too.
