"Irresponsible behaviour"

Check in refused, without any information, I was with 2 kids.when I called them reaching Gurugram they just said that room is not available.

There is nothing to like as I am unable to check in

"Very unprofessional"

Nothing

They refused to give us accommodation, I'm with my two kids who came for school competition and don't have any place to just after reaching from the train, they don't even inform us. Very unprofessional
