We had a wonderful stay at Patrizia’s apartment! It was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped – perfect for a couple but also comfortable for up to four people. The location is excellent: just 2 minutes from the train station, yet very quiet – we were never disturbed by the trains. The apartment felt very homey, with a comfy bed and everything we needed. The photos reflect the place perfectly. Patrizia was a great host – friendly, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. We especially appreciated the local maps and sightseeing tips left in the apartment. The only downside? That we only stayed in Bologna for such a short time! We’d love to come back – and when we do, we’ll definitely stay here again.

So good was everything

Very communicative and generous host. Without prior request the kitchen was fully supplied with breakfast goods, meal ingredients, fruits and snacks. Any questions were swiftly answered by the host. The location is optimal if you like to have the center and such in walking distance. Train station right outside, helpful for day trips. Very nice balcony, accessible from the kitchen!

One thing to mention is the that the passing by trains are quite loud if you are a light sleeper for instance. It did not significantly bother us though. Pillows were all unusually thick and high. I suppose the hostess would gladly assist if this would be a problem. Ended up being fine for us despite the initial surprise.

This was the best (and warmest) place I ever stayed at. The host was amazing, she came to welcome us after our arrival and also checked in regularly during our stay whether everything is all right or whether we needed anything. When we came, the fridge was filled, not only with breakfast items but also with pasta-sauces, cheeses, tomatoes, etc. to prepare a good dinner. There was a wide variety of breakfast items, way more than we could eat during our stay. Usually I never cook when traveling, but this place felt so much as home that we ended up preparing our own dinner every day (of course with nice local ingredients). The apartment is located next to a small train station (4 minute ride to Bologna central). We weren't bothered by the trains at all during the night (but we did keep the window of the sleeping room closed). When walking it takes about 1/2 - 3/4 hour to the touristy places in the city center. The apartment was also equipped with a new washing machine, and there was space on the balcony to dry the laundry. For those speaking Italian, there is also a nice selection of books to read.

Spacious apartment, it has everything that a couple/family needs. It is a very clean and modern apartment. It is in a quiet and nice neighborhood. The train station is within walking distance from the apartment. By train it takes 6 minutes to get to the central train station in Bologna. Patricia, the owner, is an amazing lady. She is very helpful and always reachable. She made our stay marvelous, and we would love to go back to the same place on our next visit to Bologna. We look forward to it. Everything was great! Perfect stay. Definitely will visit again.

Everything was great!

The property is really cosy, clean and comfortable, close to the train station so you can go to the city really quick. Also easy to travel to Firenze or other cities. Patrizia is really kind and helpful and made our stay really enjoyable. Also there is a lot of food in the apartment so dine in is an excellent option. Recommend and definitely will go back.

No words to describe our stay at this wonderful apartment! Everything was excellent, clean, comfortable, full equipped and all the necessary things you need to prepare meals and not only! Patricia was so helpful to anything we ask for! The cake on the table was a nice compliment! Thank you for all you did! You will be our first option, if we came back to Bologna...

The property was clean and full equipped with all the necessities, plus Patrizia, the owner, was very helpful and friendly. Also even though is not in the center, you can use the bus to get to center and they come very fast. Great place to stay.

Excelent host, Patrizia, went above and beyond our expectations. It's the only place I would definitely book again.
