"Disappointing"

I had to wait for more than half an hour at the reception to collect my room key because the person at the reception did not know how to check someone in. There was trash from the previous occupant was not cleared out. The kitchen was equipped very poorly. The property charged 12% charges for card transactions which was not notified before hand and caught me off guard.

Very friendly and safe environment. Front desk staff polite and very responsive. Food is good and staff was courteous. I would surely recommend to friends.

Would have been better if breakfast was included Can add more veg items to lunch and dinner Can add more greens/plants to the facility, as it is it's ok.
