Stay Central

It is a great central location. Nice and roomy. Great artwork. Great communication with the owner about how to access the apartment and being able to provide free parking

The kitchen and bathroom a little dated for an appartment. They are very functional, but just could do with spruce up to match the rest of the apartment

Location was good

High ceilings can get cold in winter . We were given wrong codes but lucky they owned the property next door and the person there was able to assist as he had the eletronic code. While he was super friendly, it felt funny knowing he could easily enter the premises while we were sightseeing.

It was central and a good size and reasonably quiet for town centre

The bathroom needs more cleaning. The sink wouldn't drain and the trap was filthy. Not been cleaned for weeks. The loo needed a clean. At night the bedroom upstairs was very hot and airless. As was the other bedroom. It needs a fan in each room as minimum. The bedroom upstairs needs a warning for short people only. I banged my head! The kitchen was only adequate. Really the apartment needs some renovating for the nightly rate paid.

Once we got codes it was great not having to take keys with us everywhere. The code is super easy to access and use and the location of this penthouse was near perfect!

The code that was sent through booking.com didn't work and parking to the accommodation wasn't clearly mentioned so was a bit confusing. Saturday night was unbearable to sleep with all the music blasting in the square area. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly and the loft bedroom was really difficult to sleep in. The room got way too hot and to get into bed without bumping your head on the ceiling was a challenge.

Lots of stairs to enter. Parking located 2 blocks away

The location to town couldn’t be better. Just a step outside onto Devon St, shops, cafes and restaurants. One block from the sea.

Noise from the nightclub behind.

Location was perfect, right in the middle of CBD. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Very well thought out.

The stairs were a bit of a killer so not good for people with mobility issues. The TV in the lounge didn't work well and there was only 1 channel available and no Chromecast.

Good for getting coffee and shopping. Homeless sad to see.

Maintenance is required on the Penthouse. Black mold in the upstairs toilet. Needs a good clean and spruce up. Cost of property per night is a lot considering maintenance required. Deck ceiling panels falling down. Carpet needs replacing.
