pretty good set appliances apartment; very nice view

if you think of watching a favourite movie online, forget about it, the inet speed is pretty low. a nice old church next door starts ringing pretty early.

Very nice host (with plenty of really useful tips for trips), a really big private parking lot (outside, perfect for large and high cars), close to Menaggio. The very effective blinds on the window keep the light and heat out during the day and the heating system works perfectly in case of cold nights. A washing machine is also in the flat. Don't miss the beautiful view from the mountain church ("Chiesetta degli Alpini"), only a walk of 30 min up the hill (and the ice cream from the very close bar afterwards)!

It was a very nice stay! We really got a rest near Lake Como :) a very peaceful place, I will recommend it to everybody, who would like to visit this beautiful region.

There weren't any air conditining nor ventilator/fan, 36*C for somebody from Northern Europe was too much to stand. It was also necessary to sleep with opened windows, so the noise from the street and bells from the church nearby was waking us up almost every half an hour :) There wasn't any fryer in the kitchen also.
