GBLocated in Old Town Goa, very close to Churches, museums, amenities and North Goa beaches/night life. Exceptional hotel (with additional grooming packs as well as standard hotel toiletries). Staff are very attentive. A fairly new hotel that offers all modern luxury but blends well with historic Old Town. Great standard of food although limited menu. Relaxation in pool/jacuzzi (other facilities are gym or activities). Hotel arranges tour days with guide choice of half day or full day (with little snack/drink bags).

1. The included breakfast for a 5 star hotel in its fledgling stage was a totally unfair deal and very disappointing. Many times our picks from the limited choices were not available. In many other cities we visited in India there was a generous breakfast buffet included. 2. The location is inconvenient without transportation to get around for visitors like us from out of the country. The cost of local transportation was highly unreasonable. 3. The stray dogs around the property were unsightly and a threat to enjoying leisurely walks.
GBThe staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us. Michele cheered us up after we arrived 12 hours later than planned early in the morning. This was due to a flight delay. She sorted out some food and drink for us, we felt like we had known her a long time! The room was beautiful. The food was cooked and served exceptionally well. One of the best hotel pools ever. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We would have preferred a menu which included some meat options It would have been good to have option of eggs at breakfast.

Only 10 rooms & no bar, so lacked a bit of atmosphere for us, but I'm sure other people would like the exclusivity of the place.
DEFelt perfectly welcome at this place by the entire staff. The property is outside the village on the hill, in a very quiet location. It has a beautiful garden, lots of outdoor space and a big pool to cool down and relax any time of the day. The chefs of the restaurant are remarkable, with much love for detail, fresh, locally grown and high quality ingredients. The dinners I had were all unforgettable delicious experiences !
GBStaff was so professional and couldn’t do enough to make our stay fabulous. The Chef was amazing, food was outstanding and the Chef came to meet us personally to recommend dishes ect… I have stayed all over the world and this hotel is up there as one of the best.
