Great new, recently renovated apartment, all very good with 2 good and big bedrooms. Parking lot in the premises.

Good location, 30 mn from downtown, in a quiet neighborhood with numerous restaurants. We really appreciated the private parking space. The apartment itself has been recently renovated, from the looks of it, and is pristine. The water bottles, coffee capsules (but no tea), salt and sugar provided were a nice touch.

More dinnerware and kitchenware (such as mugs, salad bowls, etc.) would have been appreciated.

The safety is good, the gate lock is controlled with the key only .The instructions to check in and to check out is clear.Great communication with owner of the property.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke inside the house. Not enough large towels were provided for the family of four people. The water tank is very small; the hot water only lasts for one shower, and then you have to wait around 30 minutes for it to heat up again. There is no microwave in the kitchen. The staircase to the basement floor is very narrow. The shower on the basement floor has a damp smell, which appears to have led to the presence of silverfish in the house.

Very nice apartment, modern furniture, nice and spacious bathrooms

Newly equipped apartment. Well equipped. Inside parking (don't need to stand on the street). Friendly owner.
