1. Old carpet. 2. No person at counter at all time. The worker just stay at workers room. Need to call via handphone for any business. 3. Room cleanness is poor. 4. No mineral water bottle provided inside room. 5. Bad smell inside room.
MYThe blanket was as thin as hankerchief or table cloth...dead mouse was found in the room..high price with low standard..in kk i can found a comfortable room with just rm60..in papar i paid 130 but very disappointed

BNThe family room not look like room for family its small just like a standard room, the toilet so smelly and dirty.. the water kettle not clean and still have water inside that they don’t wash and throw after the last guess before us..the amenities that they provide it not like what we expected..
