Rooms warmer on arrival

Nice, comfy house next to a great swimming beach. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, water view from the outdoor patio, private outdoor jacuzzi and sunning patio.

The heater didn’t work, but it wasn’t a big deal, it was just starting to get chilly at night. The outlets breaker shut off one night because I guess we had too many things plugged in, but we were able to turn it back on. And we ran out of hot water a couple times when we both took showers while doing a load of laundry. The house would benefit from softer, indirect lighting and a real chopping knife in the kitchen.

Great house, wonderful stay. Everything was great. Very nice owner, beautiful beach nearby, amazing view. A fully equipped house with everything you need. I hope we will come back.

Beautiful location right beside the beach. Lovely viewing platform to watch the beach. Very friendly welcome from the owner, who was very generous with Prosecco and at hand when we weren’t sure how things worked.

Perla Marina is an extremely comfortable and spacious villa at the sea. It has one of the best terraces with a view over the sea and the sunset, I have ever seen. The host is super friendly and helpful. When I locked myself out (completely my own fault!), Simone without any hesitation drove twenty minutes by car to unlock the main door. The villa is very nice, without any other parties living there and has all facilities necessary for a perfect holiday - coffee machine, hair dryer, laundromat and more! The Wi-Fi was super good. I cannot recommend Perla Marina enough and will stay there anytime!
