great location to hide away. quit and relaxing. was nice to look out towards the trees and greenery while setting on the couch. had everything you needed and more. comfort ,warmth and security.

The property is very good, will book this one again if go to Hamilton again. bed room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and back yard are good and feel comfortable.

Comfortable interesting accommodation in a beautiful location at reasonable cost providing all we needed. Would be happy to return.

It was the perfect weekend hideaway. All the facilities were first rate, and it was central to the places we needed to visit in Hamilton. The eponymous gully was a real delight, especially the native bird song that filled it at night. Bonus points for having T.E. Lawrence's "Seven Pillars of Wisdom" in the book shelf, an old favourite I've never seen in any other accommodation anywhere.

"What could have been better?" - for the purposes of our 2-night stay, nothing. Everything was fine

Loved the vibe of the place. Every room was nicely decorated and very clean. Callie made us feel very welcomed. We liked that we could park our car inside the gate. The property also felt very secure so we could leave our stuff and disappear all day to explore. Highly recommend!

Great 3 night stay. A very well appointed unit with everything you needed. Very clean and comfy bed. Enjoyed the chocolates. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.
