Sicuramente la centralità, la pulizia e i servizi aggiuntivi (caffè ed acqua fresca).

Stanza un po piccola x starci in 4!, tra l'altro il quarto letto non comodissimo (quello estratto da sotto al terzo letto); inoltre mancava un comodino affianco al letto matrimoniale, forse tolto a riprova del fatto che la stanza non si prestava per 4 letti.
