"Bad"

I was deceived. I paid in advance for my stay. The reservation has been confirmed. Upon arrival at the check-in desk, we were not allowed to go inside first. There was no contact with the property, no one responded to the reservation or Whatsapp and no one answered the phone. We only managed to get in when someone was leaving. There was only a maid and she was very nice. She called the boss, but he told her to tell her it wasn't the place I booked. I was sure because everything inside looked like in the photos. The owner probably uses several rental apps and had overbooking. I went to another place because I was tired. I opened a dispute via booking.com, but after the reservation date and payment were made, the booking.com only recommended contacting the facility... I gave up.

They found us a much nicer place to stay

Do not book this place. The place is not marked with a name or number. No one was in reception - when calling the contact number they said they were full and had no space for us. The accomodation is terrible and the property is in a sleezy part of town.
