TRWifi 12:22 < We made a reservation for 2 nights via booking.com. But it's a complete regret. There is no bathroom. The sheets are dirty. The pillowcases are dirty. The water in the toilet is very low. There are bugs on the floor. There are no towels. There is no toilet paper. We came for Umrah. This place is not clean, it is not sterile to enter the ihram. Therefore, we could not spend the last night here. We wanted to check out of the hotel. We asked for a refund. They did not refund our money. We stayed for 1 night but they took money from us for 2 nights. They took money from us unfairly. They robbed our money. I have doubts about the legality of this facility. Because this facility does not have a sign, its name is not written anywhere. We searched for hours and could not find it. I am complaining.
