Price, friendliness of staff, location. Although up a grotty alley to access, in busy bar harbour location, it was not over noisy. We expected noise from surrounding area but it was very muted, and noise completely stopped by 12. It is a party area, but location was fab.

The grotty access alley to reach it, but that is what it is. Not their fault. There really was nothing to dislike.
