Brand new, everything was super clean, staff were so friendly and the location was perfect!

As it was very very new, there was still things to be added to the room, but it was still sufficient! However there were lots and lots of ants, as there wasn’t a wardrobe all the ants got into my case!! But this is easily fixed with a wardrobe that they are going to install

The room was very spacious and had a large comfortable bed. Large bathroom with nice hot shower. Kitchen facility is a bonus with stove/fridge making it easy to prepare some basic meals. Very central location in Kuta in the middle of lots of restaurants/cafes. Motorbike hire available, note grab/gojek doesn’t work in kuta due to the local taxi mafia.

Aircon worked but not the coldest we’ve had, a fan would help distribute the cold air. Unfortunately the biggest downside to this property was the oldest male owner. We hired a scooter from him (which was a good scooter and averagely priced) and upon returning it he claimed it had a flat tyre when it evidently did not. He also tried to get us to give the keys back an evening before the agreed morning. This man was slightly intimidating which made us feel uncomfortable, a shame for an otherwise good stay.

Bathroom wasn‘t the cleanest but still fine The blanket was a cozy blanket, you don‘t really wanna sleep in those kind of blankets, rather a duvet cover

Newly built place with very clean rooms. Humble owner who lives in the property. Good value for money.

Construction noise keep coming through out the evening.

Great homestay, our room had a small kitchen in it- we really liked that feature as we could make our dinners and have coffee in the morning, nice showers and good AC. Motorbike hire available.
