Dillon was the consummate host, even providing beautiful Christmas decorations, and a bottle of bubbles and tasty biltong on our arrival. The property was sensational, especially the pool room, pool and hot tub, bar and braai facilities. The house is equipped with literally every conceivable implement you could imagine, and the 85 inch TV was superb for the kids watching a Christmas film! Having Mimi come in to deal with washing and tidying was a blessing that allowed us to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The location was ideal for exploring Cape Town, with a plethora of well-stocked supermarkets nearby and easy access to the N1 for day trips to see the sights. You can get anywhere in Cape Town in 30 minutes. When a member of our party suffered a medical emergency, Dillon was supportive, kind and genuinely caring for her welfare. I cannot recommend this property enough, both for the exceptional experience staying in the home, and for the superb and caring host, whom we now consider a friend. This is what private property bookings can be, if someone really puts their heart into it. Do yourself a favour and book Bonita Vista as your home away from home- you will not regret it!

Literally nothing! Even when a visitor accidentally broke a towel rail, we simply replaced it and notified Dillon. In life, how you treat others is how they will treat you, and Dillon deserves to have the very best guests stay here, as he is a gem.

I had a fantastic stay at Bona Vista. The space was clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with a comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Dillon was outstanding clear, timely communication and genuinely welcoming. He offered great local recommendations and check-ins that were perfectly balanced. Spotless space with great amenities and convenient location to all major attractions in Cape Town. Highly recommend staying here. Excellent value and a top-notch host. I’d book again in a heartbeat.

We had rain all weekend so we were unable to enjoy the beautiful view and garden.

The hosts made us feel welcome right from the start. The house is beautiful and very clean. The garden is awesome and the views amazing.
