The location was great - very close to the office. The hotel is very charming and high level of cleanliness not only in the room, but everywhere.

The front desk staff were super nice, as were the restaurant staff. It was also extremely easy to get a tuk tuk to anywhere, and also to walk into the center of town. Our favorite aspect was having two separate rooms and separate bathrooms with a small shared living area. This was what sold us to Central Mansions compared to the other hotels, which didn't have many (or any!) adjoining room options available.

The hot tub wasn't hot, which was a disappointment.

Central location. Two pools, one more children minded and a deeper one for adults. The cafe (The Shop) next door is amazing, nice atmosphere, good selection of brakefast (all day by the way), lunch and even dinner and cocktails can be served. The staff was extremely kind and help us organising transport on our further journey. Important, if you travel with children, there is a playroom for kids with lots of toys, games etc. Excellent way of waiting for your taxi.

That we didn't stay longer. Breakfast is not included, but many options around, including The Shop.

Great location with plenty to do in immediate walking distance as well as positioned close to US embassy and other business buildings that could be potential points of interest. Great shopping mall and plenty of food places in the immediate area.

No fault of the hotel itself, but there was construction going on at bordering properties. They were working all night on 3 shifts, so there was little down time with peace. That said, I visited in 2023 as well and had no issues, so this is a temporary situation.
