I didn't get my refund as I cancelled the stay

The view was to die for. My family room exceptional, exceeded my expectations, would not change anything. The lady welcomed us from the gate, helped me with luggage, I needed that as I was with my babies. Overall it was a great weekend with my family, thank you Ezweni lodge And I almost forgot we stayed beyond the check out time trying to get transport and no one pressured us to leave or came knocking on our door. I definitely see myself going back soon!

The only issue is shops are almost not available and transport issues, even getting uber or bolt was a hassle. I advise you to have your private transportation

I want a refund , we couldn’t even get inside the airbnb to get checked in , the gates were locked. I couldn’t sleep there , had sleep in the car , kept on knocking at the gate for them to open the gate. The location did not match the description and the area So I want my refund since I was not accommodated and I was not checked in by Ezweni Lodge…

The flexibility in the check in time and the super friendly host Patricia. She even checked up on me after I had left the facility.

They can do with a bit of improvement. Wi-Fi access, breakfast and smart tv’s to connect to our own devices for entertainment.
