Perfect location - a quiet street very close to the centre. Helpful staff. Basic room but clean and good value Roof terrace

The window in my room was very high up, so it gave light but I couldn't see out.

We arrived late in the night, the host was accommodating in waiting for us. The place is right next to the market, didn't have to walk at all. Breakfast was great, with nice view on top of the terrace.

You can hear a bit of the neighbors, but nothing that caused me sleeping issues.

Perfect location — everything is within walking distance. Easy for Yandex pick-up and drop-off (though it’s a one-way road). Simple but comfortable room; the bed was a bit firm but fine for me. Air conditioning worked well. Clean toilet. A nice local breakfast every morning. Laundry service available for an extra charge. Beautiful rooftop view — perfect spot for sunset! The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming — their hospitality truly stands out, even compared to 5-star hotels.

The road to the hotel is one-way and ends in a dead end, so cars have to reverse out after drop-off. The soundproofing isn’t great since the room is close to the road, but luckily the area is quiet. The shower pipe had a small leak, and the water didn’t drain well, making the bathroom floor ahve tiny pool and floor a bit slippery. No bath mat provided outside the bathroom. No lift, and the stairs are a bit narrow, though manageable with medium luggage.

Malheureusement la chambre n’était pas très propre , il y avait énormément de cheveux par terre.. et il y avait une forte odeur, d’humidité peut-être ? Les lits n’étaient pas très confortable Mais pour 2 nuits ça fait vraiment l’affaire, nous sommes passés outre car la propriétaire est vraiment gentille et que la guest house se trouve à l’entrée de la vieille ville

Очень удобное расположение гостиницы,такси спокойно может подъехать. Сама гостиница небольшая но очень комфортная,в номерах есть все самое необходимое, вкусные и сытные завтраки. Расположена в центре старого города,все достопримечательности в 2 минутах ходьбы. Так же у них есть терраса на крыше с прекрасным видом на Бухару
