I would say don't ever blindly try to book this hotel very very ridiculous poor and all that is bad i would add to this and if possible i request booking.com to refund my amount because it is their mistake adding such a worst hotel to their list really shame, I would suggest one thing or one free idea to booking.com is that please dont add such worst service hotels to your site which is a bad bad reputation to your business especially from families and couples mainly. So, the suggestion is make a separate tab in your app or web terminal which shows mainly prime hotels that are suitable for couples and families so it becomes safer and much convenient to book hotels for us and many people out there.
