House and facilities were new. Location was fantastic, Value for money. Exceptionally clean and comfortable bed. Easy communication with the owner. Check in was smooth.

The middle room and hall doesn't have air-conditioning. TV was not working. The owner refunded RM20 and told was in the process to fix the problem.
