GBIt is very difficult to answer this question. The location was okay.
This room appeared to be an addition to the main building and as such, lacked correct insulation and was cold at night. This owner had no heating in the room, and according to staff, he had been instructed by the owner not to put a heater in the room. Although room rules on the sheet of A4 clearly states please switch the heater off when out and same for lights. It was very annoying when I saw a heater available in the reception/breakfast area. Also, this owner appeared to be obsessed with gathering far too much data on his customers. This constant request for personnel information got me angry to the point I refused. He had passport information, which is all that is required in the other 20 countries. To anybody thinking about this homestay don't go by the website I would class it a 1star, there were no chairs to sit there were no bins, no toilet paper it could do with one more coffee table. Carpets/rugs were grotty and need replacing. Also, the owner needs to clean the plastic sheet in the roof being used as a window.
INWe like all over,but we most like a their immediately response us and good staffs and then wonderful services, and delicious breakfast and rooms & bathroom are very neat and comfortable smells are good and gardening looks like pretty and so kind with us thankyou for Bethany stay.
