Good location. Five minute walk to the beach or the main plaza area. Free street parking from in front of the building to around few block away is generally available. Paid parking is available within a five minute walk. Pet friendly and easy to keep clean. Well stocked with the basics like dishwasher soap, toiletries, etc.

It’s a little dark side it’s on an inner area, but I wasn’t in the apartment during the day so it wasn’t an issue for me.

Great appartment, unpretentous building, but once inside all was well. Located near Piazza Salotto and also the beach, near the modern church on the Viale della Riviera. Liked the Nepresso coffee machine, perfect espresso every time. High end kitchen and bathroom. Did'nt make use of the dishwasher provided, very usefull for a family I'm sure.

As I did'nt use the dishwasher, perhaps a washing up brush to do dishes could be usefull. The front lock to Building A did'nt always lock presenting a security risk. You had to make sure it was locked by pressing red centre button. Could have made a lot of use of a machine machine, not to worry, found a launderette on Corso Vitorio Emanuele near main station. The switching on and off of the wall air vent in bedroom meant it was difficult to sleep, turned it off during night. Remote for main TV needs replacing, all characters rubbed off through use over time.
