Simple but clean room. Close to center and about 10 minutes by foot from rail and bus station. Comfortable bead. Kitchen with necessary utensils.

Very small bathroom with less hot water

Nice apartment for short stays, near to the train station, Ballaro market or the main street leading to must-see attractions. Enough to take a shower and sleep. The host very nice and helpful. 😊👌

Very cold in the apartment. There was no soap. Not the safest neighboorhood.

Actually, everything. The apartment is located by the pubs, the market with vegetables, fish, meat and sweets. Everywhere close, don't be scared of a slightly worse neighborhood, it's very safe, I recommend

Small shower, kitchen needed more utensils, the outside location was dirty.

The apartament was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is located not far from the historical part of Palermo, so in this sense the location was perfect, but if I was not travelling with my boyfriend I would feel uncomfortable coming back at late hour. We found free parking space in the nearby street which was a great plus. The owner (contact person?) Was really helpful, very communicative and always answering our questions. She also let us keep our luggage longer after check out. Very quiet so you can really sleep well here.

Our apartament (called Capo, the owner has three different apartaments) was rather small. The bedroom was ok - in terms of size - and cosy. However, the kitchen was rather a kitchenette with minimum accesories, very small table and the smallest coffee machine I ever saw - you can make just one espresso at a time so if you enjoy a larger coffee or coffee together, not possible:( Another thing is the bathroom - really small, not one hanger to hang the towel or shelf to place anything. Really small shower - and we are regular size - it was not possible to shower without the shower curtain sticking to your body. What was very peculiar was old sliding door to the bathroom - it was at times difficult to open it from the inside. Plus the bathroom is right next to the kitchen table which is a bit uncomfortable. One more thing - it said it had a balcony in the reservation description. I would rather call it a bigger balcony window with no possibility of enjoying what we usually undestand as a balcony.
