Owner ever helpful. Terasa macam masuk rumah sendiri, selesa & bersih. Kejiranan pun sangat tenang tak bising dengan suara/bunyi kenderaan. Akan repeat lagi jika berkunjung ke Penang.

Cuma beberapa tempat ada t@hi cicak, tapi takpe perkara biasa, Boleh dibersihkan.
