The rooms were comfy and its quiet place is suitable for resting. The owner is friendly and accommodating by frequently updating prior to the registration and during the stay.

The entrance process is awful, the security guards are not friendly at all and not trying to assist with the entrance registration. The building management impose absurd regulations that was unclear and often confusing to new occupants.

The whole house was equipped.with high end and fancy facilities, I really hope the next customers would use them properly and with care. I would love to come again. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to stay in Penang but wants to avoid the hassle of booking rooms on the island.

The check out process was a little problem to us as we had to wait for the owner to arrive for us to pass the keys and card to him. And the carpark is at the top parking floor. You have to set the time a little earlier if you are rushing to check out and get to your next destination. Otherwise he is a very nice and considerate gentleman.
