The Italian Warehouse

Great location. It was easy walking distance to the Brewery for pizza dinner and Tees St cafe for breakfast! Comfortable beds.

Location was perfect for our needs. And the facilities were as we were told to expect, so there were no surprises when we got there. The little information folder was helpful for everything else.

Good location

The house was noticeably unclean — for example, we found an empty beer can in one of the bedroom closets. The beds were also very uncomfortable and clearly in need of new mattresses. There was no cooling in the bedrooms, the towels were hidden in a cupboard not where they were meant to be. Shortly after we arrived, a gentleman approached us and questioned how many people were staying in the house. I explained, and even showed him, that the booking system only allowed us to reserve for two people. I also clarified that we selected the accommodation because it offered two bedrooms, to which he responded that it costs extra to make up additional beds. After he left, we noticed several cameras positioned around the property, which made it apparent they had been monitoring our arrival and saw that three of us turned up.

This was our favorite place we stayed in nz, loved the apartment layout and the vibe of the place

The kitchen could do with an update, but overall we loved this place
