Great location and heaps of character

Would have been exceptional if all towels were matching to give it a more luxury feel

Good location. Large bedrooms with very comfy beds.

The kitchen was functional but limited cooking options.

The location is good. Place is easy to find. It is near the town centre. The instruction is clear. Host is experienced and well organised. Bedrooms are spacious.

1. The house is older than I thought and so are all the facilities. Kitchen tiles are broken. Does not have a microwave, I know it is not included in the list on the ad. 2. One thing I really do not like personally is the scent within the house. The sweet vanilla cream like smell is full of the house and a lot of the windows are not able to open. 3. The other thing is that the bedrooms are far away from the toilet. You need to cross the hallway, the living room, and the kitchen to reach the toilet for washing etc. I went to the toilet at night and when I opened the door, I saw the flashy decoration lights hanging down from the roof flashing in the dark which really scared me. It can be personal preference.

Great location

There was a very small amount of coffee provided - between 4 of us, enough only for 1 cup each. Tiles in the kitchen are badly cracked with bits missing, definitely a hazard in bare feet.

It was very clean, enough towels etc. Great communication and fantastic location. We have rebooked first a future stay

Loved the apartment and had the best sleep on the most comfortable beds!

Spacious flat, central Oamaru. Victorian Oamaru around the corner Cozy interior, good bedding. Christmas decoration.

Kitchen is not fully equipped ( no microwave, breadknive or cooking knives). Water pipe makes loud noises and splurts water.
