River Palace

I came to stay at this property as a transition phase, as I just moved to Tampa. First, everything was fine and accommodating. I brought my friend who is now my partner with me. What really was it? Disturbing incident for me was that the property manager told me that another guest said that my boyfriend was giving off weird energy. So I confronted that guest directly to his face and asked him if he said my boyfriend was giving off weird energy and if that he had a problem with my boyfriend and that guest said no. So the property manager was lying and maybe she felt like he was giving off weird energy to her, but she was creating problems for no reason. Creating drama between me and my partner when there should’ve been no drama because the other guest didn’t have any drama with him . I don’t appreciate somebody lying about somebody that’s innocent, especially my partner because he’s such a good man. This is something I will not tolerate anymore and this is why this place is getting such a bad rating from me . Also, when we left, there was bugs literally everywhere, big roaches, and you could not control them. The property is literally not maintained for pest control and there’s way too many people and the cleaning services are terrible. They need to have professional cleaners not one person cleaning. So that’s it I’m just being real and stating the facts of my stay terrible do not do it . Also, I had to leave early because of these terrible situations and they only refunded me half of my money not all of it so I literally lost $500 and I could not stay anywhere but what goes around comes around and what these people did you know what the universe sees it all. Nice and clean

Safety concern with other occupants in the property, making loud noises and slamming the doors in the middle of the night .

It was very quiet.

No TV

Property was amazing property manager did a wonderful job maintaining. I have no complaints about my stay it was top notch.
