Unfortunately, I gave this Room Facility a Mid Rating, because I gave Alissa $250.00 to reserve a Room. However, my Plans changed and I NEVER received my Deposit back... Don't give the Management any Deposit without getting a receipt... I don't recommend this place if you're pay Cash as I did. Not what it's supposed to be ..loud Rooms..etc. Never again...Tom M.

"A decent home away from home."

Felt like hone...very comfortable. Location, perfect. Kitchen was equipped well. Very quiet area.

The bed was a bit squeeky.....and a mattress pad would of made bed a bit more comfortable. Other than that...I enjoyed my stay.

"A quiet and comfortable temporary home."

Loved the spacious bedroom with private bathroom. Nice double closet. Nice view of the river from my bedroom. The shared kitchen had all the essentials needed to cook your own food. I could wash and dry my clothes. It is close to the main highways and anywhere you want to go in Tampa. It's also very quiet. Parking was plentiful.

I can't think k of anything I didn't like.
