"Worst Stay !"

Location.

Absolutely Untrained Staffs Roaming Here And There Attending Personal Calls Instead Of Customer. Uncivilized Manager Who Doesn't Have Basic Manner Or Etiquette How To Talk With A Female Guest. They Have Made Housekeeping Store Attached To Their Room So You Don't Have Any Privacy As All Staffs Are Always Sitting Around Your Door. And Pathetic Food. Had The Worst Experience At This Property After Paying Such High Tariff. Instead Of 2 Nights We Stayed For 1 Night And Shifted To Another Hotel [Summer House] For The 2nd Night.

The location and the green space they have created looks very nice

I had called room service and asked if they can send a lemon or some lemon juice as I was feeling sick. And they replied that they will check if they have lemon in stock. I mean, you have charged the guest so much and you don’t have basic food in stock. No one even got back to us. Even in the morning when we went for breakfast no one was there to attend to us. Service can be improved
