Reception area clean

Rooms smell, lots of holes in bed sheet , light blew up, no shower curtain, limited toilet paper, aircon wasn’t working properly, did not replace glasses or cups and employee entered our room in the middle of the night with a key and with out knocking! 50k for breakfast 🤣
