It was close to town

The condo was old/outdated. In their posting it stated there was AC in three different sections of the ad. There was one portable AC in the common area and then fans in all the rooms. The bedrooms couldn’t get cold so it was very hard to sleep in the hot bedrooms

Location and water pressure

Very disappointed. False advertisement of A/C, we checked 3-4 different times under amenities to be certain and have screen shots as proof, has us baffled upon arrival to see fans available to use. Being on the ground floor for security sake and to prevent noise traveling due to the 4-5 reminders to be quiet per multiple instruction sheets we couldn’t even keep the windows open to try to cool off and had us and our dogs near heatstroke. If we would have known there was no AC we wouldn’t have booked here as we are sensitive to heat as is our dogs, a samoyed and corgi. Place was dinghy and not bright and light as photos showed, scent of urine was present, couch was sticky, found hair in bed that didn’t belong to us and carpet was filmy. Overwhelming number of pages of rules sent to us prior to our stay and fines should long list of rules be violated, once arrived the place was plastered everywhere of rules some additional and some repetitive, label maker instructions were everywhere that felt micromanaging enough that I thought i was in an office environment of an OCD boss, even the thermostat temperature in each room was labeled and not to be adjusted to guest’s comfort level, there was passive aggressive pressure for tips for cleaning service and all the while guests were presented an unnecessarily extensive checklist to complete at check in AND checkout which requires us to clean: empty garbage, strip linens, start laundry, dishwasher, etc etc. I have photos that document the excessive of it should it seem blown out of proportion. The location was great and the water pressure was good, other than that, not really happy with much else. Would definitely not recommend, very disappointed for having paid nearly $1,000 for a 2 night stay. We should have just gone to a hotel.

Close to everything! It was quiet and peaceful.

No air conditioning. In fact, sleeping was so uncomfortable, we didn’t get one decent nights sleep.

Price it was clean

The guest bathroom fan was very loud. The air freshener smell was strong.
