tutto perfetto struttura molto molto bella, mi è piaciuta molto la casa a livello di struttura, pulizia e arredamento (cosa per me importante), la ragazza sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio rendendo cosi il soggiorno piu comfortevole e piacevole, posizione strategica dove puoi raggiungere tutto a piedi, unica pecca (non della struttura e del soggiorno) che per noi non e stato un problema non essendo in macchina, se siete con la macchina non potrete entrare all’interno di ortigia per via della zona ztl

The place is not suitable for living. It's humid to the point of having damp bed sheets. The place is covered in mould, you can smell it everywhere. Mould is toxic by the way. There are no windows and absolutely no ventilation. The room is dark and noisy, the air conditioning that has to stay on the whole night if you want to breathe, is extremely noisy and will wake you up. There is a toy hair dryer that is completely useless. The bathroom is damp, without windows, and the shower has no shelves to place your toiletries on. Dogs are barking outside the door all night. I wish I listened to other people writing bad reviews but instead I stupidly took the chance. Don't make my mistake, don't get fooled by the pretty pictures, find a different accommodation.

Estaba en una zona perfecta para poder caminar por Ortigia, y muy cerca de una plataforma de baño.

Era un poco claustrofobico ya que solo habia una ventana y era muy pequeña, sin embargo creo que esta ajustado en termino calidad-precio.

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto presso Giudecca Mia ad Ortigia e ci siamo trovati benissimo! La posizione è davvero fantastica e strategica, a pochi passi dal centro di Ortigia. I proprietari sono stati cordialissimi e disponibili fin dal nostro arrivo: ci hanno fornito un pass per la ZTL per l’intero soggiorno e indicazioni precise su dove parcheggiare, rendendo tutto molto semplice e comodo. All’interno dell’appartamento abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità necessarie e un’accoglienza speciale con i tipici biscotti di pasta di mandorla, un pensiero davvero gradito. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Ortigia in totale comfort e ospitalità!

La chambre très spacieuse avec sa petite kitchenette très agréable. La rue demeure très mignonne malheureusement le chien des voisins a aboyé à de nombreuses reprises mais évidemment ce sont des choses imprévisibles. L air climatisé est très appréciable car une seule petite fenêtre en hauteur est disponible. Merci pour les petits gâteaux Siciliens et café à disposition . À noter l aide , heureusement de Valeria pour réserver le parking en ZLT dont le prix est assez élevé.

Il faudrait stipuler dans la description que la chambre se trouve en zone ZLT surtout lorsque l on arrive en voiture Les serviettes de bain mériteraient d être renouvelées selon moi sinon tout était très bien
