Arise in the Glades

With all the places we have stayed in over the years in this area, I had very low expectations for this chalet. It wasn't until we pulled in the driveway that I did a double take and literally thought we had the wrong address...it's GORGEOUS and I couldn't believe the size. The pictures do not do it justice, even though the pictures are phenomenal. My husband and kids and I couldn't believe we were paying a few dollars more to stay here than the hotel I had booked originally, and man, was it the best decision I have ever made. Arise in the Glades is total perfection, super clean, spacious, kitchen stocked with everything (even an air fryer!), air hockey table and movie room on the bottom floor, beds are great, and the location is perfect, away from the main strip of Gatlinburg but literally 8 minutes driving to get to everything. I cannot say enough about this chalet, and I strongly recommend it!

It was a beautiful, clean property. The kids really loved the air hockey table and movie room!

The only issue we had was the smell. It smelt like old trash or old food in the house.

Beautifully laid out and very convenient. Amenities we fantastic.

One photo indicates there is an outdoor fireplace and there is not one on this property. This was not a deal breaker for us as the property was otherwise very beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The driveway is very steep and would not work well for many in the winter if their vehicle is not strong and well equipped.

The accommodations were exactly as described on the website. Although it is labeled as an 'apartment' on the booking website, which had me initially overlooking the property. It is in fact a house. The location is just off the arts and crafts community loop which was nice.
